Return Policy
- All sales are final.
- For any products received damaged, we offer store credit. To submit a claim, please text our customer care line at (646-479-8528) with a description of the issue and photo proof. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and undecorated/unprinted. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review and select the correct sizes, colors, and items before completing your purchase at checkout.
- We cannot alter or change any existing orders. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Refunds for cancelled orders take 1–10 business days to process.
